Marina Vyskvorkina is a soprano of Russian origin, whose intern-ational career started in 1998 with concerts at international music festivals in Prague and Český Krumlov. Her operatic repertoire ranges from the dramatic parts of Verdi and Puccini to virtuoso parts such as the Queen of Night in Mozart´s Magic Flute. Her concert appearances are remarkable for presenting compositions of the 19th and 20th centuries under the batons of such conductors as Serge Baudo, Zdeněk Mácal, Tamas Vasary, Howard Griffiths, Graeme Jenkins and others. She often appears at prestigious opera houses in Italy, Germany, Ireland and the USA. In 1997 Marina Vyskvorkina became the absolute winner of the 32nd Antonín Dvořák International Singing Competition in Karlovy Vary. In 2000 she won the 2nd International Singing Competition Gianfranco Masini Credem in Reggio Emilia in Italy.
