Dvořák was a Czech who very early on won international acclaim. His guest performances abroad testify to that; he visited England nine times, he was director of the Music Conservatory in New York, he achieved success in Germany, Austria and made friends with Brahms and Tchaikovsky. The interest in Dvořák´s work has never declined, his music is heard every year
in thousands of performances all over the world.
